Whitelai dry mortar industry sand making
Dry Sand Manufacturing Plant is more common application in the international hydropower engineering construction, This process is still in the testing and exploratory stage in China. In recent years, with the technology development and new sand making equipment (PCL vertical shaft impact breaking ,which is similar Barmac sand making machine) the emergence, Dry mortar sand making process has been successfully applied in some projects, and technology mature.
Guangxi Nanning Dry Sand Manufacturing Plant is design with capacity of 80t / h, whose final output product is mainly for local Nanning International Airport expansion project.
Due to the importance of the project, the client has high demand for quality of gravel aggregate . After over two months of debugging , Whitelai optimized gravel aggregate product quality control. This process way of sand making has greatly save the energy and the environment is well protected !
The raw materials for this production line is granite gravel with 5-40mm. This raw materials is crushed into 2.5-5mm output after the frist-stage crushing by PCL-Sand making machine . Then goes into the screen 2YA2260 machine for screening . After the screening ,we get two final stone size , which are 2.5mm-5mm sand , and size beyond 5mm. The one beyond 5mm will be back to the double roller crushing by the conveyor belt for another crushing. The 2.5-5mm output will goes into Sand separator, the the output will be our final sand!
From analysis of Nanning actual applications the data, we can be seen that dry mortar sand making is new technology today .It can meet the requirements of many major technical performance parameters, artificial aggregate production will bring some major changes. Its merits can be attributed to the following:
(1) it can completely change the traditional sand making process ,which is the high energy consumption, high water consumption and a large investment in equipment and infrastructure costs, and other defects.
(2) Dry mortar sand making is reliable, the implementation is simple operation, significant advantages of using new technology can reduce the cost of production of artificial sand more concrete costs and construction costs, with the elbow nor fine sand loss. Small energy consumption, steel consumption is low, the powder can be used. Compared with this, the loss of fine sand the wet artificial sand production, steel consumption, energy consumption, required yard large and increased equipment costs.
(3) it solve the problem of the quality and stability of the finished sand.
